Staff and location were ideal, had an excellent stay for much of the time. The room was neat with comfortable beds, I loved it. Iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, tea and coffee making equipment available were an advantage.

Thank you for a nice stay, thoroughly enjoyed it. A nice place to stay in a lively area. Also, we were 3 km from popular place such as Discovery Museum. Breakfast had plenty of options, pastries and cheese.

very suitable location plus great value. staff were useful, extra large bed. immaculately clean and inexpensive hotel in jesmond district. breakfast was complimentary, they offered fab fresh bread, bangers, pastries and cheese.

Practical and nicely furnished rooms, especially helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast, nice service. Nestled close to bars and restaurants. The beach is fantastic and the views are excellent.
